Where are you located?

The Bunny Barber HI provides 1-on-1 services from home. For privacy reasons, address and gate code will be shared once appointment is confirmed. It is not available to the public at this time. General location is Pearl City, HI.
How do I get an appointment?

We require ALL new clients to fill out an intake form prior to booking an appointment. Please wait for a text or email from The Bunny Barber HI. We will get back to you to let you know whether or not your pet is approved for grooming services. After approval you may book your appointment online or we can offer assistance with booking. Appointments made online are first come first serve. We do not offer reservations. However, it’s recommended you keep a consistent schedule and ask about our recurring schedule process. That way, you are always guaranteed a future appointment and don’t have to struggle with finding available dates.
Please note that services are NOT guaranteed at any point before or during your appointment. (Full transparency when filling out your intake form is much appreciated. This is to ensure we provide the right services for your pet and most importantly for their safety.)
What makes you different?

We are a 1-on-1 rabbit and guinea pig-exclusive business. This means we ONLY accept rabbit and guinea pig clients and stay with your pet the entire service. We do not have other pets running around, dogs barking in the background, loud dryer noises, stinky dog/cat smell etc. This grooming experience is meant to be quiet and peaceful for your little one. The Bunny Barber HI is an stress-free, noise-free, and smell-free zone.
DISCLAIMER: The Bunny Barber HI is exclusive to ONLY rabbits and guinea pigs. However, some of you may have noticed “VIP Dog Grooming” on our Services page. The owner makes a small exception for these long-time dog clients because truthfully, they have been around from the start of her grooming career. So they have their own VIP section. For peace of mind, these dog appointments do NOT crossover with rabbit or guinea pig appointments. ALL tools and equipment are disinfected between grooms. We understand the importance of avoiding cross-contamination.
